About the Northumberland County Archives and Museum

The Northumberland County Archives and Museum (NCAM) is a public facility in Cobourg that offers research assistance, tours and educational programming. We hold a diverse variety of records and artefacts that can help you research genealogy, properties, local government, events, military history, businesses, organizations and more.

  • CLOSED: This survey has concluded.

In preparation for the relocation of the Northumberland County Archives and Museum (NCAM) facility in 2022, our team would like to know more about what you want to see at your local Archives and Museum.

This survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete. Residents are encouraged to provide their feedback by July 31, 2020. In doing so, you will provide valuable insight for our Archives & Museum team which will help shape future NCAM services, programming, and exhibit space.

Please provide your email address at the end of the survey for a chance to win one of four gift certificates to local independent book stores!

Your participation in this survey is voluntary and any contact information you share with us will remain confidential. The results will be summarized in a report to be shared with local stakeholders and posted on our website. The report will not include your open-ended responses or any information that could identify you, certain groups (e.g. certain ethnic groups) or organizations.

If you have any questions about this survey or if you would like to request a paper copy, please contact the project team at ncam@northumberlandcounty.ca.
